I) Invoices
Invoices can be filtered via the quick filters located next to the search button or the advanced filters, which can be toggled by clicking the (Help) link on the top. Users can filter invoices by store, order id, item id, status, or date.
In the Search tab you can also search an invoice by its ID or by buyer_nickname or buyer_nickname@net4sw.com.
The structure of an invoice
When you see the Notification, that you can allow to receive it on your mobile or desktop, and/or receive the email that you made a sale, check the Status of the invoice and click on the Details:
The most important status is “Settled”, which means that the customer paid the entire value of the invoice and there are minimum 6 confirmations of the payment in the blockchain, resulting that you can access & spend your money.
Transaction speed “low” means that the customer paid a very low transaction fee (0.15€), but even in this case, the 6 confirmation took around 50 minutes, so in 50 minutes you had access to your money. But, if the customer paid a bit more (0.30€), you could had 6 confirmations in around 5-10 minutes. Anyway, you receive the notification of payment in the same moment that is done. As you can see, in the Buyer information, you have the buyer’s email where you can contact him/her to deliver your services.

II) Apps – edit your store
Click on the name of your store (below Apps):
It will open the Edit area of your store:
In the shop, are allowed maximum 2 star’s pictures and they have to be reviewed first by EroAward staff (no nudity, no explicit, no genitals blurred or covered in Photoshop, and at least underwear that shouldn’t be transparent). if you want to add more pics, you can do it in your stars.eroaward.com profile and net4sw.
Up, you can edit each item or + Add new items to sell (services or products).
Below, you can modify the percentages for extra tips. Some good numbers are 5, 10, 20.
In the pictures above, you have the red areas, that shouldn’t be modified, and the green zones, where you can edit.
What you can edit:
your infos (age, location, languages, etc)
your general description;
list of items (services and products);
edit each item and add new items (the images with yellow background and black texts: Tip, Votes, Skype, etc).
Don’t forget to SAVE at the end. If you want to add new services & products that are not on our list, please let us know first.
How to add new items (services/products) or Disable them
Click on the green button + Add.
Title of the item: Tip, Pictures, Videos, Skype, Membership, etc
Price – choose Fixed and on the right, add the price per unit. Anyway, if you leave it to 1 €, as you’ve seen during the buying process, the consumer can delete 1 and add any bigger amount.
Description – describe the item. Don’t use Enter/New Line character, as it is not accepted and you will get an error message when you try to Save Changes.
Leave the other tabs blank, as including Id, will be generated from title. If you disable an item, you don’t eliminate it, just put it in stand by for a possible use in the future.
As we offer the Ready Made Shops, to eliminate the items you don’t want in your shop, just Edit on them and click Disable, then Save Changes. Be careful, as you Edit items, as sometimes the editor automatically set the item as Disabled (green), so, after editing, check how is the Disabled status (grey) and then Save Changes and Save the Shop (Update Point of Sale).
III) Wallet – withdraw your funds
If bitcoin is too complicated for you, or you are just starting with crypto and need help, we can also send your earnings by Bank, Paypal or other means.
Like we said above, with EroAwardShop you have direct and full access to your funds in bitcoin, so you can withdraw and spend them any time, without any limitations like in the majority of other sites. Although the actual way for withdrawing is simple, we are working on a faster solution to automatically send the payments to your external wallet address. To make it easier for you, we can handle the withdrawal part, but the minimum amount has to be 100€. If you want to withdraw your funds at smaller amounts than 100€, you can do it yourself, but you also have to send us our part of 14% each time, as explained next.

1 Destination Address
First time, when you withdraw your earnings, add your external wallet address, and is preferable to be of “bc1 at the beginning” type. They are called “native segwit” and with them your “Substract fees from amount”, that is the transaction fee charged by the blockchain, is the smallest. The next smaller fee are the addresses that starts with 3. In case of “legacy addresses”, the ones starting with 1, the transaction fee that you pay is the biggest. The transaction fee, is supported by each: the content creator, when (s)he withdraws bitcoin, and by EroAward for our part.
2 Your available balance
With green, 0.0027 BTC, “Your available balance”, represents OUR funds, from which 86% is your part, the Star’s percentage and 14% is EroAward commission. If 1 BTC = 36,542.98EUR (3 May 2022), then 0.0027 BTC = 100€ in your EroAward wallet: from this, 86% belongs to content creator, so 86€, and 14% for EroAward, so 14€. If you click the green digits in bitcoin, on the right you get the amount on EURO.
3 Amount
Multiply the green amount in BTC with 0.86, and the result 0.002322 add it to Amount box, and automatically, on the right will be displayed 86 EUR. In order to not make mistakes, always calculate in Bitcoin, like above, not in euro.
4 Confirm in the next
You can receive the BTC in 10 minutes or 1 day, depending on how much you want to pay as transaction fee. For 10 minutes, the transaction fee is maximum and for 1 day, that we recommend, minimum. When you pay EroAward, choose 1 day.
5 Substract fees from amount
Check this box when you pay yourself, and check it when you pay EroAward.
6 Sign transaction
Go to “Private key or seed” and click it, then introduce the 12 or 24 words recovery seed that we will offer it to you. DON’T SHARE THIS SEED WITH ANYBODY! ONLY EROAWARD AND THE CONTENT CREATOR HAVE ACCESS TO THIS SEED! Anybody that have this seed, that is like a password for the wallet, can access the bitcoin and spend it!

Refunds are never pleasant and while with our bitcoin payment system we can avoid chargeback abuses from banks, what we shouldn’t avoid is understanding that our success has 3 parts: EroAward, content creators and fans, and ALL have to be treated seriously. When bitcoin are sent in the blockchain, from one address to another, there is a small “Transaction fee”, that goes to Miners (the computers who solve the mathematics formulas in order to assure that the bitcoin network is functioning and secured).
So, when a customer buys something on EroShop, besides the amount asked by the star, the buyer has to pay a little transaction fee that goes to miners, not to EroAward. This transaction fee is suggested by our shopping cart, and sometimes by the wallet that the customer uses to send the payment, but it’s up to the customer how much (s)he wants to pay for a faster/slower transaction.
Normally, this fee is very small, around 0.10-0.30€, but when the number of transactions in the bitcoin network increase, this fee may also increase a bit, sometimes reaching at 1-2€. There is a competition between miners to get the transactions with the highest fees to validate them first, so, the higher customer pays the transaction fee, the faster is validated by the miners and the faster the bitcoin amount reaches to the content creator.
The star can access the bitcoin after the transaction has a minimum of 6 confirmations, and only then can deliver the service/product to the costumer.
Although Bitcoin is THE BEST FORM OF PAYMENT ever invented by humans, it is true, that for micro-payments, 1-10€, SOMETIMES, the transaction fee can seem “big”….This issue will be improved soon at EroShop, by introducing Lightning Network payments, where for micropayments, can be paid fees of less than 1 cent per transaction (0.0001 €)!
But, for average amounts of bitcoin sent, the transaction fee is fair and not a problem.
Let’s take 1 example, the Coinomi wallet, where we try to send 5€ to one star on EroShop:
For 5€, if we pay an extra of 0.14€ as transaction fee, we get a Normal Priority, which means that in less than 1 hour, the bitcoin reaches the star’s wallet from EroAward (minimum 6 confirmations) and (s)he can deliver the service to the customer.
We also have the possibility to pay a Custom fee, even as low as 0.047€, but if the fee is too low, the bitcoin may take 6-24 hours or even few days to reach the star’s wallet (minimum 6 transactions). So, if we want almost instant payment, we should use the Normal or High fee, and 0.14€ isn’t a problem for amounts like 5-500-1000€, especially that on EroShop, THERE ARE NO LIMITS on how much money a star can be paid (like for example on OF or the majority of camsites & clip stores, where customers need special approvals to be able to spend more!!!!) and our payments are almost INSTANT and reach directly the Star’s wallet (no more intermediaries)!!!!
The Star can check on her/his btcpay.eroaward.com account when a transaction has minimum 6 confirmations and is considered Settled, and soon we will also send automatic notifications by email.
Let’s take one example of a transaction speed “low” (very small transaction fee):
The Creator can see the date and hour when the invoice was created, and the time when it was “Settled” (minimum 6 confirmations):
So, if the customer wants to quickly receive the item, has to pay a normal or high transaction fee, which in both cases, as showed above, are very small. On twitter.com/coinyfees you have a live estimates of the aproximate fees.

1 Create a FREE account on Net4sw.com, read Stars’ Reviews and contact them on their stars.eroaward.com profiles

You can eliminate the items you don’t want anymore. With + and -, you can increase/decrease quantities or just write directly in each tab the total amount (price X quantity) for each item. You can see the total and if all is ok, hit Confirm.

7 Add your email address (obligatory), and if you want your_nickname@net4sw.com and the comment/request/question for Star.
After the customer pays, the content creator can find the email, your_nickname@net4sw.com and comments info in the Invoices part of her/his btcpay.eroaward.com account. The creators receive email notification for each sale.
Then, from btcpay.eroaward.com with the your_nickname@net4sw.com info, the creator can search your_nickname@net4sw.com on her/his stars.eroaward.com account:
8 Scan the QR code or copy and then paste, the amount in bitcoin and the public address (to copy, just click on each of them)
VERY IMPORTANT: Don’t pay with other cryptocurrencies besides Bitcoin (BTC), otherwise, you will lose your money! Don’t use other forks of bitcoin (bitcoin cash, bitcoin SV, bitcoin gold, bitcoin note, etc. Only Bitcoin (BTC)! If you want to pay using other crypto, check Altcoins (SideShift and FixedFloat) from up in the right corner.
When paying, you have a Recommended fee, which usually is in sat/byte format. Don’t put this fee too small, as the Stars deliver the item, only after 6 confirmations, and the smaller the fee, the longer you have to wait to receive your item(s).
Send quick payments
If you already know the content creator, and want to send a very quick payment, you can do it in the tab “Pay what you want”:

You can send even faster payments, if, after you make 1 payment with the step above, and introduce your email address and name on net4sw.com, then Save & Name the bitcoin address on your wallet. That way, each time you want to make a new quick payment to a Star, you only use your wallet to send a payment to that bitcoin address, so no need to visit again EroShop profile and to introduce again the email address and net4sw name. The Creator will automatically receive the payment with all the infos about buyer in her/his Invoices tab from eroshop account.
In your wallet, add a name for each creator’s bitcoin address, so next time, just do the payment only using the wallet, without visiting eroshop or filling any form:

9 You can contact the Star on her/his profile at stars.eroaward.com, from your account on Net4sw.com (follow, private message, public message, like, boost (share), almost the same actions as on twitter). Also, she/he, after getting 6 confirmations of your transfer, can contact you on your email or/and net4sw.com account that you provided.
10 Rate the Star after (each) buy.
It is not obligatory to rate a star, but it definitely helps us all if you do it. We only accept feedback from Net4sw.com users and who were also customers.
Add Note for a Creator
As customer, you can add your private notes about a star that only you can see, from your net4sw on his/her stars.eroaward, like for example his/her real name or how (s)he loves to be called in private, what special fetishes (s)he is best at, etc. The same for creators, they can private notes on each customer’s profile, that only they can read:
