Although your Btcpay.EroAward account has also other functions, we advise you to not touch the links in red areas, and only focus on the 3 green zones. If you change the settings in the red squares areas, you can modify how your account works, and can even lose payments or end up being banned.
The 3 function you can access are:
I) Invoices – where you can see who paid you and how much, when, etc.
II) Apps – edit your store and add/eliminate items (services or products);
III) Wallet – withdraw your funds.
I) Invoices
Invoices can be filtered via the quick filters located next to the search button or the advanced filters, which can be toggled by clicking the (Help) link on the top. Users can filter invoices by store, order id, item id, status, or date.
In the Search tab you can also search an invoice by its ID or by buyer_nickname or buyer_nickname@net4sw.com.
The structure of an invoice
When you see the Notification, that you can allow to receive it on your mobile or desktop, and/or receive the email that you made a sale, check the Status of the invoice and click on the Details:
The most important status is “Settled”, which means that the customer paid the entire value of the invoice and there are minimum 6 confirmations of the payment in the blockchain, resulting that you can access & spend your money.
Transaction speed “low” means that the customer paid a very low transaction fee (0.15€), but even in this case, the 6 confirmation took around 50 minutes, so in 50 minutes you had access to your money. But, if the customer paid a bit more (0.30€), you could had 6 confirmations in around 5-10 minutes. Anyway, you receive the notification of payment in the same moment that is done. As you can see, in the Buyer information, you have the buyer’s email where you can contact him/her to deliver your services.

II) Apps – edit your store
Click on the name of your store (below Apps):
It will open the Edit area of your store:
In the shop, are allowed maximum 2 star’s pictures and they have to be reviewed first by EroAward staff (no nudity, no explicit, no genitals blurred or covered in Photoshop, and at least underwear that shouldn’t be transparent). if you want to add more pics, you can do it in your stars.eroaward.com profile and net4sw.
Up, you can edit each item or + Add new items to sell (services or products).
Below, you can modify the percentages for extra tips. Some good numbers are 5, 10, 20.
In the pictures above, you have the red areas, that shouldn’t be modified, and the green zones, where you can edit.
What you can edit:
- your infos (age, location, languages, etc)
- your general description;
- list of items (services and products);
- edit each item and add new items (the images with yellow background and black texts: Tip, Votes, Skype, etc).
Don’t forget to SAVE at the end. If you want to add new services & products that are not on our list, please let us know first.
How to add new items (services/products) or Disable them
Click on the green button + Add.
- Title of the item: Tip, Pictures, Videos, Skype, Membership, etc
- Price – choose Fixed and on the right, add the price per unit. Anyway, if you leave it to 1 €, as you’ve seen during the buying process, the consumer can delete 1 and add any bigger amount.
- Image – you can add our standard image links for items. Please, don’t use other images.
- Description – describe the item. Don’t use Enter/New Line character, as it is not accepted and you will get an error message when you try to Save Changes.
- Leave the other tabs blank, as including Id, will be generated from title. If you disable an item, you don’t eliminate it, just put it in stand by for a possible use in the future.
As we offer the Ready Made Shops, to eliminate the items you don’t want in your shop, just Edit on them and click Disable, then Save Changes. Be careful, as you Edit items, as sometimes the editor automatically set the item as Disabled (green), so, after editing, check how is the Disabled status (grey) and then Save Changes and Save the Shop (Update Point of Sale).
III) Wallet – withdraw your funds
If bitcoin is too complicated for you, or you are just starting with crypto and need help, we can also send your earnings by Bank, Paypal or other means.
Like we said above, with EroAwardShop you have direct and full access to your funds in bitcoin, so you can withdraw and spend them any time, without any limitations like in the majority of other sites. Although the actual way for withdrawing is simple, we are working on a faster solution to automatically send the payments to your external wallet address. To make it easier for you, we can handle the withdrawal part, but the minimum amount has to be 100€. If you want to withdraw your funds at smaller amounts than 100€, you can do it yourself, but you also have to send us our part of 14% each time, as explained next.
Click on Bitcoin (on the left), and then on the green button Send.
1 Destination Address
First time, when you withdraw your earnings, add your external wallet address, and is preferable to be of “bc1 at the beginning” type. They are called “native segwit” and with them your “Substract fees from amount”, that is the transaction fee charged by the blockchain, is the smallest. The next smaller fee are the addresses that starts with 3. In case of “legacy addresses”, the ones starting with 1, the transaction fee that you pay is the biggest. The transaction fee, is supported by each: the content creator, when (s)he withdraws bitcoin, and by EroAward for our part.
2 Your available balance
With green, 0.0027 BTC, “Your available balance”, represents OUR funds, from which 86% is your part, the Star’s percentage and 14% is EroAward commission. If 1 BTC = 36,542.98EUR (3 May 2022), then 0.0027 BTC = 100€ in your EroAward wallet: from this, 86% belongs to content creator, so 86€, and 14% for EroAward, so 14€. If you click the green digits in bitcoin, on the right you get the amount on EURO.
3 Amount
Multiply the green amount in BTC with 0.86, and the result 0.002322 add it to Amount box, and automatically, on the right will be displayed 86 EUR. In order to not make mistakes, always calculate in Bitcoin, like above, not in euro.
4 Confirm in the next
You can receive the BTC in 10 minutes or 1 day, depending on how much you want to pay as transaction fee. For 10 minutes, the transaction fee is maximum and for 1 day, that we recommend, minimum. When you pay EroAward, choose 1 day.
5 Substract fees from amount
Check this box when you pay yourself, and check it when you pay EroAward.
6 Sign transaction
Go to “Private key or seed” and click it, then introduce the 12 or 24 words recovery seed that we will offer it to you. DON’T SHARE THIS SEED WITH ANYBODY! ONLY EROAWARD AND THE CONTENT CREATOR HAVE ACCESS TO THIS SEED! Anybody that have this seed, that is like a password for the wallet, can access the bitcoin and spend it!

Refunds?
Refunds are never pleasant and while with our bitcoin payment system we can avoid chargeback abuses from banks, what we shouldn’t avoid is understanding that our success has 3 parts: EroAward, content creators and fans, and ALL have to be treated seriously. In case a content creator wants to offer a refund, they can use the steps above, with the customer’s wallet address as destination.

Send EroAward the 14%, our commission
Sending EroAward the 14%, is exactly the same, but faster:
- put our wallet address, that we provide you, in the “Destination address”.
- No need to calculate anymore the 14% in the “Amount”, as 14% is the amount left after you sent the 86% to yourself, so just click the green number and the amount left in the balance will automatically be filled in “Amount” and also displayed in EUR, on the right.
