Should Stars take Customers out of EroShop?

In order to join EroAward nominations, it is not obligatory for Stars to also sell their services through EroShop…but if they decide to do so, it helps us all to earn money and to be able to finance ourselves to offer even more amazing services with limitless opportunities! Including paying promoters & affiliates!

Before starting EroAward in 2015, we had many years of experience as webcam trainers & studio, stars promotion, income diversification solutions, etc….so, we know how cam & porn stars think & act 🙂 And one of the thing that (some) stars do, is trying to “take” customers from some camsites, where the commission they receive is smaller, on their OF or SP, where they get 75-80% from what customers spend, or even directly on their paypal….and with the birth of cryptocurrencies, there are everyday more stars who try to bill their fans directly on their bitcoin or ethereum wallets. As you may now, the majority of sites have very strict rules about taking customers out of their sites and they ban the stars who do it!

The only problem is when a Star gets a Customer on EroAward, and then try to sell him/her the services DIRECTLY, trying to skip the 14% that we normally take. This 14% means A LOT FOR US, because are the only way we can create THE BIGGEST AWARD in Adult Industry from all points of views, together with one of the biggest promotion for all the nominees, winners and for the whole Industry! We do our best to offer lots of reasons for stars to sell their services on our platform.

But, we also have different ways to see who is trying to cheat. For example, a star that only makes 1 sale with each customer…Also, customers, sometimes, “when the love finishes”, they inform us if the star asked/received money outside EroShop.

Long story short, we also have a “ranking system”, like all the camsites & clipstores, so the Stars who sell more, will get more visibility from us and will be helped to make even more money, including through the Votes Bonus!

Reciprocal links & promo

Like we said above, the majority of camsites & clipstores, even membership sites, don’t allow stars to mention other sites or links. At EroAward, we will allow it, but with some conditions, one of them is that only in some places will be allowed and only if is reciprocal (for example, you can add your twitter account on your Stars.EroAward profile, only if you also add your Stars.EroAward.com or ero.cx on your twitter or ask for votes at EroAward at the top part). The same with other social media accounts. Both stars.eroaward.com and btcpay.eroaward.com (ero.cx) are SafeForWork, so can be shared on any site, including Instagram/Facebook/Etc.

Stars can even add camsites or clipstores sites on their Stars.EroAward profile, if in those sites they also put their EroShop profile or mention their EroAward nomination or trophy won.

Stars can add their social media accounts and sites, only on their stars.eroaward.com profile, and only on the 2nd Pinned Toot. While twitter offers only 1 pinned tweet, in Mastodon, you can pin 5 toots. The 1st toot can contain only mentions about Net4sw.com and the shopping cart where the stars sells her/his services. It is forbidden to continuously post your cam sites or clipstores on stars.eroaward.com. Post them once in the 2nd toot.

On Net4sw.com, our sponsor, there are no restrictions on what cam sites, clipstores, membership sites, etc you can promote and how much. Just don’t boost (repost) your posts from Net4sw profile to your profile on Stars.EroAward.com! But, you can do the opposite: boost your post from Stars.Eroaward profile, on your Net4sw one!

To follow someone, just click the + sign.

Accepting Follow Requests

From home, inside your account, on the left, the star is notified about the new follow requests.

From follow requests, the star can authorize or reject it.

Blocking a fan & eliminating a follower for membership expiration

If you don’t want to receive anymore follow requests from a fan, or you want to eliminate him/her from your followers because his/her membership expired, you can block that person (click the 3 vertical points near Follow, and from the Menu, choose Block @fan_name):

As stated, you can block a fan/star if you don’t want anymore interaction with him/her, but also in order to eliminate him/her from your Private Area Followers. That way, he/she will stop seeing your private & public posts or interacting with you, but for Membership Followers, immediately after blocking them, unblock them so that they can still see your public posts again, and hopefully, buy membership again and send you new follow requests. When a star block & unblock a fan from her/his profile on stars.eroaward.com, the fan will stop following her/him on stars.eroaward.com, that’s why we recommend to all the stars, to have also Public accounts on Net4sw.com, where all the fans can follow forever and receive permanently news from the stars they love.

As you can see, this solution with SFW public & NSFW private posts on stars.eroaward.com, that generally remains a SFW network that can be promoted everywhere (including instagram & facebook), combined with NSFW public posts on net4sw.com, that is an official adult network, is a MUCH BETTER SOLUTION than OnlyFans and all their imitators!!!

How to manually manage the membership fans with Google Calendar

While on some membership sites, the fans for whom their membership has expired, are automatically eliminated from the star’s private area, on Stars.EroAward.com you have to do this manually, for each fan. We are already working on a solution to also do this automatically, but the feature that we prepare and you will probably ADORE, it is the Account Managers – each star will have a personal assistant that will help them with ALL the time consuming activities AND THE PROMOTION, so that the Star can focus on what (s)he does best: communicating with fans and creating content! And this will be a TOTAL GAMECHANGER!!!

Meanwhile, with Google Calendar is very easy to manually handle the memberships:

each customer is identified by the customer_name@net4sw.com, that the customer introduces when buying and that the creator can find it in her/his EroShop (btcpay.eroaward.com account).

On 7 August 2022, customer_name@net4sw.com buys Membership for 1 month (9€) in your shop, he sends you follow request on your stars.eroaward.com and you authorize his access in your Private Area there. Then, you go to Google Calendar (or any other calendar app), and for 8 September 2022, after 1 month, you create an Event or Task, on Yellow background, with this info: customer_name@net4sw.com. But if you want, you can add more, for example how much he paid (Example: 9€), the dates of payments & the amount paid (Example: 7 August 22 – 9€, 8 Sep 22 – 27€, 9 Dec 22 – 54€ if he renews memberships) or if he likes a particular fetish (Example: Feet & Smoking).

So, each day or when you want, when you check your agenda of the day on Google/Samsung Calendar, and you see something like “customer_name@net4sw.com, 9€” on Yellow (you can choose different) background, if (s)he didn’t buy new membership, you go to your stars.eroaward.com account, search customer_name@net4sw.com, block him and unblock him. You can also edit the Google Calendar event background color in Blue (or other), to mean “solved”. Before eliminating a follower, you can do 2 things more: One, check in your Btcpay.eroaward.com account by searching by customer_name@net4sw.com in Invoices, if he recently bought new membership or spent lot of money so you can maybe gift him some free membership as bonus, and in this case just edit the event in Google Calendar with a future date, for example 8 October 2022, if you want to offer him 1 more month. Other thing you can do, is contact him on net4sw.com from your stars.eroaward.com account, and ask him if he wants more membership, or promise him a bonus (Example: pic with his name on your boobs/ass/legs, mini-clip with “Thank you, John & flash nudity” ) if he renews. That’s all!

So, if he doesn’t want more membership, just edit the event in Blue (or other colour) background and eliminate him as follower on stars.eroaward.com (block and unblock).

Very important: we said “when you want”, that means that as a star, you don’t have to feel “stressed” if you can’t enter daily on your Google Calendar and some of your followers, get some extra days/weeks/months of free membership…Remember that “Nothing is quite Free in life!”, and a customer who gets extra satisfaction, is usually more likely that (s)he will buy again from you……and if they are customers with money and who love you, they can also buy more from you other items that you can sell in your private or public areas.

If you have the customer_name@net4sw.com, you can search it:

on Google Calendar to see if (s)he bought membership(s) or if it expired;

you can also search it in you btcpy.eroaward.com in Invoices to see the history of his/her purchases;

If you do this 2-3 times, later, you can make it in less than a minute…and if the membership fee is on average 10-20€, what you can make in an hour, is around 600-1200€ / hour, which is much more than what 90% of the content creators do on sites like OF or their imitators or the biggest camsites and clipstores.

If you find Membership too complicated or time consuming, you have also other options:

sell Membership For Life, for a bigger price, let’s say 100€ for Life, so only one time you add a follower and then forget about it;
Don’t offer membership on stars.eroaward.com. It is not obligatory. You can sell many other items on EroShop (Example: ero.cx/4 or Vanity Wars) or come with new ideas.
Premium memberships – memberships at a much higher price!!!
